We have a very old Natura Latex Mattress; do you ship to Washington, DC?

Hi Pete,
We currently own a very old Natura of Canada Latex Mattress, and It, at long last, needs replacing.
I've been looking at them on your website. I have a couple questions.

Are you currently shipping to U.S (Washington, DC?)
Are their mattresses, still, all latex?
Thanks, Bruce
