I've always had a hard time with finding the right pillow. For years I haven’t been able to find one that isn't too thick or isn't soft enough. Any thoughts or recommendations? What’s the best mattress for relieving chronic neck pain? I have arthritis in my neck and can’t seem to find a pillow that will help with that. Do you have any suggestions?
