Hi Pete, What's the strongest mattress for very heavy people? I weigh about 350 lbs. My wife is about 300 lbs. We can’t seem to find a mattress that lasts very long. Having to replace a mattress so frequently has gotten to be expensive. I don’t mind spending what is necessary for long term results. Can you help me with this? We only need a mattress. It’s important to understand that a mattress, like any other upholstered product, is pressure sensitive. The softer it is to start, the quicker it will wear. Memory foam is temperature sensitive, as well as pressure sensitive. The temperature sensitivity causes memory foam to soften further as it warms from your body heat.
