Soft Suite Sleep Latex Topper for a Too Firm Mattress

Hi Pete,
I wrote to you back in November about our mattress being too firm.
You recommended a Soft Suite Sleep Latex Mattress Topper to make it comfortable.
I found other latex toppers online for a lot less cost, so I went with that instead.
Here it is, only a few months later, and what was comfortable is not anymore.
Did I make a mistake, or are you giving out bad advice?

Since you didn't follow my advice, I don't see how you can even entertain that question!
You made a mistake. You went cheap. Cheaping out always costs more in the long run.
Cheap latex comes from China, where they add fillers to the mix when processing their latex.
The result is what you've experienced...a very short lifespan and a total waste of your money.
