Review on Kingsdown vs Stearns and Foster Mattresses.

​Hi Pete,
I did read your review on Kingsdown vs Stearns and Foster Mattresses. 
I am a side sleeper, who wakes up on my back sometimes. 
I am tired of the salespeople telling me all the mumbo jumbo about the mattress that they just want to sell. 
I did have a Kingsdown mattress, many years ago, and it was great.
But after 10+ years there was a bit of center sag that made me feel like you were rolling into the center. 
I am not going to say money is no object, but I am not putting sleep on a budget either. 
I live in Canada and need some help pointing me in the right direction please.

Hi Ken,
We had been a Sealy/S&F dealer for many years.
When Tempurpedic bought them, they changed the upholstery to memory foam.
 It was then that we stopped selling both brands.
In fact, all of the major brands have been sold to investors, who are now using memory foam upholstery to enhance profits…with little regard for quality. Kingsdown mattresses are also upholstered with memory foam.
 
That sent us to the industry trade shows to look for high quality alternative brands.
You’d have been surprised at how few mattresses there are with no memory foam in them.
The best we found actually exceed the specifications of the S&F of old.
It’s the mattress my wife and I sleep on at home.
The individually pocketed coils contour to the shape of the body and maintain the natural alignment of the spine.
THIS, is what relieves chronic back pain.
I have a very bad back, but sleep and wake without back pain on this mattress.
And despite each of us weighing more than 200 lbs. it remains in like new condition after more than 9.5 years.
