Replacing an Old Westin Heavenly Bed Mattress

Hi Pete,
In 2004, we spent two weeks in a Westin Hotel in Venice sleeping on The Heavenly Bed.
It was so heavenly that we bought one from Nordstrom, the only store selling them in 2004.
Twenty years later, it is sagging; and we are both in our eighties and suffering from severe back pain and obviously looking for a new mattress.
 
Buying a new mattress in 2024 is totally confusing.  
I realize that many of the famous companies have been bought out by investors, who are using inferior materials and producing an inferior product.
 
What brand would you recommend today for a medium firm but comforting mattress?
