Regrettably, I Bought an Avocado Mattress

Hello Pete,
Regrettably, I decided to buy the Avocado Mattress. 
My lower back arches in the bed, as the middle part of mattress is firmer than the top half.
 
Before I take a leap of faith with the Natura mattress you recommend, I do have 2 more questions:

1. My concern is the ultra plush will be too soft, despite your assurance it will not be. 
What would be your thoughts if I were to purchase a firmer model in same line and if too firm added a topper? Given the mattress is not exchangeable I would prefer to leave myself an option. 
If too soft not sure there's anything I could do about it?  Would that achieve comparable level of comfort?
 
2. What has satisfaction rate been with the recommended Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush? 
Have you had any customers not like it? Any concerns or complaints you would be willing to share?

90% of the people who buy the Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush Mattresses are happy with it.
The other 10% feel it’s not soft enough and go on to buy a soft latex topper.
Not one person found it to be too soft.

My wife and I have the Ultra Plush model at home...and needed a topper to soften it.
