Pure Bliss Talalay Latex Mattress Topper

Hi Pete,
I have to change my mattress topper every couple of years, or so, as I have Fibromyalgia.  
I have pain in my back, shoulders, knees, hips, neck, buttocks. 
I have purchased many Latex Mattress Toppers from Pure Latex Bliss. 

2.5 years ago, I had a particularly bad experience with Pure Bliss. 
My 3” soft topper which I ordered was replaced by a 2” soft topper. 
They paid return shipping and I could use the same box. 
Again, the 3” soft topper was ordered, but a 3” firm topper was received. 
They paid shipping again, but I had to pay $38 for a box, as the old one could not be used again. 
They never explained or apologized.  
The third topper was the correct one. 

As I am finding it hard to trust this company, I am writing to enquire if you know of a 3” soft topper that is equal to or better than my current one. Have you had any negative reports about this company lately?

Pure Bliss was hit hard by the pandemic.
They lost a lot of good people and eventually closed 2 of their 3 plants.
Lots of mistakes were made by inexperienced workers.
They stopped taking orders for latex toppers in January, 2022.
 
The Pure Bliss latex was blended, 30% natural and 70% synthetic.
