Mattress Topper to Relieve Extreme Shoulder Pain

​Hi Pete, 
I had a cervical decompression surgery 18-20 months ago, resulting in fusion of C# thru C6.  
I'm limited to back and some side sleeping.  
However, my biggest issue is considerable to extreme shoulder pain during the night.
I'm using a shredded latex pillow that I got from you in 2020, which provides me a lot of positioning options.
 
However, with the shoulder pain, I'm wondering if you have any suggestions, drawn from your experience. Shoulder pain, numbness down into the upper arms and into the hands. 
And sometimes even a very sharp pain indicating perhaps a pinched nerve.  
I'm not looking for perfect, just some improvement in the pain and my sleep patterns.
 
And, if you're wondering, I have talked with neurology and physical medicine.
So, I'm not asking you to do my doctor's job.

As someone who suffers with chronic shoulder pain due to torn rotator cuffs in each shoulder, I can tell you what helps…none, of which, will fix anything.
