Hi Pete, I’ve been looking for a new mattress. I’m average height and weight. I’m sleeping on a Tempurpedic mattress that’s only a couple of years old. At first, it was great. It really did relieve my back pain. Now, my back pain is back and worse than ever. What mattress would you recommed for a side sleeper? What about S&F? I remember that it used to be pretty good. There’s a reasonably inexpensive, long term solution to your problem. Add a Soft Latex Topper after you’ve flipped the mattress over to the firmer side that has no memory foam on it. You already have a mattress providing the firm support that every body needs. You only need to make what you have more comfortable. You can do that with a mattress topper. There are many types, with a layer of soft pure organic and hypoallergenic latex being the most comfortable and longest lasting. 2” of Soft Latex does make a difference.
