MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY: The warranty for any products you purchase is issued by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer sets the parameters of their warranty and the service to which you may be entitled. Please review your manufacturer’s warranty card for specifics regarding your purchase. You must provide the original sales receipt in order for the manufacturers to honor their warranty. In the event that we discontinue a relationship with the manufacturer, your warranty is still in effect. However, you’ll need to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty service. NOTE: Stains on a mattress or foundation will automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector on your new mattress to ensure the warranty terms. Also, keeping your new mattress clean and dry will prevent odors and premature wear. Warranty SHIPPING/HANDLING FEE: The manufacturers’ warranty covers the merchandise only, and does not include shipping, handling, and removal costs. The consumer is responsible for all warranty shipping fees. REFUND POLICY: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued once your order has shipped. Keep in mind that many of our products ship quickly…some, within days after you’ve placed your order. |
