Looking to Replicate an Old Simmons Beautyrest Classic Mattress

If that mattress was made prior to 2016, which I suspect it was, “replicating” it is impossible. Simmons was sold in 2016. The new owners are using cheaper materials designed to cause their mattresses to need frequent replacing.

What has always made a Beautyrest so desirable is the individually pocketed coils, which move independently from one another, maintaining the natural alignment of the body and spine.
Today, that same coil system is available everywhere.
The key to long lasting comfort is in avoiding mattresses upholstered with memory foam, which wears quickly, sleeps hot and off gasses the toxic chemicals from which it’s made.

The Classic Beautyrest was their least expensive model.
My recommendation includes a “good” option, which is closer to what you have now. The “Best Buy” option is similarly made, but a bit more substantial and a bit more luxurious.
Both mattresses are an available in Medium or Medium Firm. 
I recommend you opt for the Medium, which will feel more like your plush mattress.
