Fibromyalgia, Mattress is Too Firm

​Hi Pete,
Thank you for all your advice. I read your blog regularly.
I have had fibromyalgia for years, and it’s getting worse.
Years ago, I followed your advice and added a soft latex topper to my mattress.
It made it much more comfortable, and I thank you for that.
It’s now several years later, and my condition is worsening.
Do I just need to replace the topper?
Is there something more that I can be doing to get relief.

You have a couple of things working against you.
You have a condition that’s progressive.
You also have an old latex topper.
