I'm an older fellow and weigh about 200 lbs. I have lots of disc problems, including herniated discs. My wife and I have been through a few different mattresses in recent years, with no relief for my back pain. I need better support and longevity. And after having read some of your information, online, you seem to be the person to ask for a recommendation. I also have chronic neck pain, and could use a recommendation for a pillow. I’m a long time customer whose most recent purchase was a mattress about 2 years ago. I’m back looking for something to address my neck pain. My MRI results came to me electronically and of course the doc will explain things, but my initial neck xray (which is what led to MRI) shows severe arthritis and bone spurs and degenerative disc and I always heard that a body pillow stabilizes the spine so I was wondering which one you’d recommend. The natural curvature of my spine is now turning flat. A 76 year old Baby Boomer! Anyway, then I thought of you and what knowledge you have and how you’ve helped so many people. I don’t have your bone spur or disc problem. I use 2 pillows (not at the same time). One is very soft. The other, not so much. What mattress do you recommend for someone who needs neck and back surgery? And how much is it? Also do any of your bases have a lumbar bar? I am 240lbs. Sleep by myself. Looking for a king as I have a king headboard unless I could attatch a queen mattress to the king headboard somehow. I don’t want to toss and turn. I’m a stomach sleeper and wake up on my back and hate that, it causes neck and shoulder pain. What do you think and do you deliver and remove the old mattress & what is the fee for that? Thank you, Susan Hi Susan, We do have a long term solution for you. The only snag might be removal of your old mattress. That service took a hit during the pandemic. However, if you live in California, removal of the old mattress is mandatory. Otherwise, it’s not something I can guarantee. I can provide white glove delivery, which includes setup of the new mattress in your bedroom and removal of all packaging materials. You might be able to arrange removal with the delivery guys for a tip. Otherwise, delivery is free. My recommendation is for the same type of mattress that my wife and I use at home. It’s exceptionally strong to accommodate heavier people. Each of us weighs more than 200 lbs. our mattress is 10.5 years old and still in excellent condition.
