A Mattress to Relieve Arthritis Pain

Thanks for the useful, straitforward information on your site. 
My husband and I are replacing our Queen bed with a King and have been trying to make some sense of the mattress market. 
At age 62, I am about 130 lbs and have arthritis and neuropathy. 
So, I need a mattress that is supportive and firm, but comfortable.
My husband is about 200 lbs with just the usual aches and pains.

An all latex mattress, while extremely durable, does not provide the pushback support of an innerspring mattress. 
No all foam mattress will work well for aging backs.

If you need a new boxspring/foundation, I recommend the Magniflex KD Foundation, which comes in your choice of height and color.
