  Every mattress set you buy from us is factory fresh 1st quality only. All bedding is ordered as needed, directly from the manufacturer and is made just days before your receive it.. The white law label shows the date your new bed was made. By checking the date on that tag, you can always be assured that your mattress hasn't been in someone's home. You can be assured that it was never a comfort guarantee return. You can be assured that it hasn't been sitting in a dirty warehouse somewhere on the bottom of the pile for who knows how long. Some of the large chains have been sued by their respective State for delivering used bedding that was sold as new. This type of business is never practiced at TheMattressExpert. When it only takes a week or two to get it fresh, why take the chance. Due to the cost of shipping, this policy does not apply to merchandise delivered outside our local or extended delivery areas.

  FREE White Glove Delivery is provided for our "Local and Extended" delivery areas, which includes, set-up of the new bed, removal of the packing materials and removal of the old mattress set. Delivery to the remaining continental 48 states is available. This delivery includes: delivery of the mattress or set into the home, (not just curb side). It takes approx. 3 weeks to complete a national delivery.

•   Warranty Claims   •
  Warranty claims within our "Local and Extended" delivery areas will be handled directly by TheMattressExpert. If you have a problem with your mattress and/or boxspring(s), within the warranty period, simply call our store to register your complaint
(see the warranty card that came with your set for details).

Warranty claims for the remaining continental 48 states should be directed to the Sealy/Stearns & Foster plant closest to you. Call us if you have a problem and we will give you the phone number of your local factory.
Mattresses, once delivered, are not returnable. Refunds are not available for any reason, once the mattress has been delivered and the packaging has been opened .

YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
Mattresses are shipped insured. But in order to take advantage of that insurance, any delivery damage must be noted on the driver's delivery receipt.
