• 1st Quality Bedding •
Every mattress set you buy from us is Brand New, Factory Fresh 1st Quality only.
All bedding is ordered as needed, directly from the manufacturer and is freshly made to fill your order. The white law label shows the date your new bed was made. By checking the date on that tag, you can always be assured that your mattress hasn't been in someone's home. You can be assured that it was never a comfort guarantee return. You can be assured that it hasn't been sitting in a dirty warehouse somewhere on the bottom of the pile for who knows how long.
And while this may sound like something that should be standard practice, some of the mega chains have been sued by their respective State's Attorney General for delivering used bedding that was sold as new.
This type of business is never practiced at The Mattress Expert.
We do like to keep ones and twos of the more popular models in stock. If you would like a quicker delivery, as many people do, let us know and we'll be happy to check stock for you. Because we stock so few of only a select group, availability varies day by day. And also, because stock is so limited, most "in stock" items are only about a few weeks old.

If you find the same or equivalent item advertised for less within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference plus another 10% of that difference. The lower priced item must be first quality. Floor samples, close-out merchandise, and items sold as-is do NOT qualify. Items sold at wholesale clubs or on-line only sites, do NOT qualify.
• Delivery •
Most of what we carry is delivered free to anyone living in the continental 48 states.

Everything we deliver is insured to arrive free of delivery damage. That's not to say it never happens, but that we have insurance for it. In order to take advantage of the insurance, any delivery damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before you sign for it. So please, inspect the items that are being delivered.
Once delivered, items are not returnable for refund.
• Warranty •
Manufacturer's warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Final decisions for authorization lie with them. As with any store, you would call us first, if you feel that your product is or has become defective. We will initiate a warranty claim for you and assist you through the process. We encourage you to read your manufacturer's warranty card. It's important to know what it says. A warranty card comes with every mattress.
